4500 (Access is denied) error?

Hi,
I just bought my 4500 a few weeks ago, mainly because I read you could sync your Outlook Calendar and phone book on my home PC.

My Mobile Office Kit just arrived and I have downloaded my Outlook Express contacts into the 4500 with little problem. But I couldn't figure out how to download my schedule from Outlook. When I called customer service he said that they do not service this feature. What?

So, I saw your posts on bitpim and download the comscan. It says it recognizes the phone on com3. Fine. But when I try and use bitpim .7 test5, and try to get data from phone I get the following error:

Com3: could not open port (5, 'Creat file', 'Access is denied.')

Can someone tell me how to sync my Outlook scheduler to this phone? Or maybe recommend a different scheduler if that is what's necessary?
