After reading here about the X70, I'm a bit suprised.
I bought mine on thursday..last week. 26. february

Messages in outbox isn't sortet after when sent, as in inbox. BT can't transfer sound when calling out only when incomming calls.
BT can't recive, but can send.
And the phone keeps shutting down. I oversleept one hour this moring because it shout down for no good reason and the alarm didn't work.
Mine also have blue dots (plenty of them) when using the camera

(sorry about the bad english)

I've tried talking with the store and Panasonic. Haven't heard from the store and Panasonic won't swap or let the store get a new so I can get my money back, even thoug I have the right to it.
I reportet the problems to panasonic on sunday, because I used some of my vaction in Sweden and Panasonic was closed to answer calls on saturday.

any suggestions?

I had a problem with my X88 shuting down by itself (very annoying to have people tell you "Hey I tried to call you but your phone was off")

The problem would occur approximately one time on five :
1) if the flip was closed twice in a short time
2) if I pushed the "hang up" key then closed the flip in a short time

I took my unit back to Panasonic. They fixed it, no problem so far. The firmware was not changed (A28). But the "click" when I close the flip sounds much more neat than before. Maybe that was the problem...
