I have heard two different dates, June and Sept.
I have absolutely no idea about price but I am going to guess $600-$700 USD. Afterall, I just paid for $500/ea for unlocked, unbranded x70s this week

lost_rebel don't you have any certain release date?? Can't you ask your... friends on which date is most probable?

The Panasonic X700 will begin shipping in Europe this fall. It is not yet known if it will be released in the U.S.
