Not sure if you guys have had a chance to see this baby but it looks nice. I hope SE is watching as they could be left behind again.
Regards,
Frank

It's going to be one looong summer... If motorola delays this product, there will be a band of angry geek mob rioting in front of their headquarters waving the pointy end of PDA manacingly.

Gee Frank, you gotta look in the other forums...like PPC...I've been preaching about this unit for weeks now. And as you observed, so have I already said....Sony/Ericsson will be making a huge mistake if it doesn't offer a Windows OS for a up-market device. Motorola made the HUGE mistake of not thinking larger Smartphones and camera phones would be marketable...cost them a fortune....After using both, there is no comparison for "Power Users"....Windows Mobile just works too well with the PC.
So once again, please Sony/Ericsson make a Q1000 for those of us who want the power of the Pocket PC OS. Don't miss the boat and get behind....If you want a Mpx Frank let me know...
from my thread in the PPC forum...

I just got an MPx 200. I'll report on it later tonight

Played with the MPx200 last night for a few hours. Sorry to say I hated it. I just don't like the Smatphone OS. I'll try and post more in the PPC/Smartphone section when I find time later.

I agree Jalal...I played with another members a few months ago and did not like anything about it other than the construction and SD slot. The Mpx220 is supposed to improve with bluetooth and camera, but the Smartphone OS is not nearly as good as the Symbian UIQ OS... But, Microsoft and Motorola apparently intend to turn on the Juice and open up the vaults to promote the Smartphone OS and PPC/convergence platform. Motorola's best move in years..

I agree that SE should have a Smartphone in its range. Its the right thing to do. I am sure that Microsoft will put a lot of effort into improving and promoting its Smartphone OS. Here in Bahrain I see more and more people carrying the XDA II/ iMate.
