OK Been messing around with all this stuff and really was dissapointed with the appearance of the uploaded pics as BMP and JPG with all the different HxW settings posted here.

Here is what I found to work best for my LG VX6000 and any color type PIC. Using Bit Pim .07 Test 3

They are very clear and the colors look the best once they are uploaded to the phone. I have no white lines or bars on any of them. Bit Pim converts them to BMP or at least it renames the extension but I don't care as long as they look good. Here is one Enjoy
I would up a Masamune Wall but it's 30Kb not 15KB.
