Hello,

I am having problem unlocking my T68i. I bought username/password and I am using Ericsson Unlocking 6.52 USA software. After I enter my username/password and select COM port, I go and press 'Read GDFS'. By the way, I have a correct cable too. After that I press 'NO' key on my phone very quickly. And here is when I get a problem. My phone blinks RED and turns on saying 'Insert SIM'. I tried to repeat the process but I get the same results. I don't get the NCK number that I need. What should I do? How can I get it to work?

Did you remove the battery before "Read GDFS" ?
