Hi all. I just got the data cable for my Inno 80 and am trying to figure out how the PC sync program works. I'm stuck at downloading pics that I've taken on the phone to the PC as the only format it allows me to save them in is 'HGF', which is an unknown mystery format from the beyond. Am I missing a step here? Would appreciate any help here!

you do not to save the picture

you just press the button "connect" on the pcsync so it recognises ur cell phone, then u select the frame u want an click on "to phone"

Thanks for your help. I was thrown off by the 'Save' function. Also the online help that comes with PC Sync is wrong since it told me I would be able to save them as jpgs!
