C56 time/cost menu

Hi guys/girls,
I recently got C56 from Rogers and eventually figured out, that the menu "Time/cost", allowing to track the call timing is missing. The manual says how to use it but I could not find it.
The Siemens tech support said, that some features are disabled on the phones for different markets/providers intentionally, and I believe, Rogers makes all efforts to pump me on the call cost.
Anyway, I'd appreciate if somebody gives me an idea how to enable this feature in my C56.
