Well, I just received my Treo for T-Mobile from Handspring. A beauty! But no GPRS and thus, no T-Zones. The CR at T-Mobile knew less about the Treo than I and I know very very little. The network connection is locked to T-Mobile. Any suggestions?

If you are using the Free T-Zones then:

Goto Prefs, Network

where it says Service, click it and a pull down menu will come up. From there pick T-Zones.

If you are using T-Zones VPN or the 19.99 T-Mobile Internet, then pick that one.
