S56 reception with Cingular?

How is the S56 reception on Cingular? I'm thinking about trading a Sony Ericsson T616 for the S56, as I was disappointed with it's reception when compared with other Cingular phones.

Also, how well does Bluetooth work with PC connectivity, especially with iSync? Thanks.

If you are talking about the SL56, then don't get it in the Washington, DC area with Cingluar. My calls are droped very often no matter where I am and calls are unclear most of the time.

My S56 works fine in the Chicago area, RF is above average, but not equal to my wife's Nokia 6200. This is my first Siemens phone after always using Nokia and I can say that it's not bad. Nothing from Nokia that ran at 850/1900 had the features this S56 had when I bought it. I still think Nokia's in general get better RF performance, but like I said, this is not bad.

BT works with iSync just fine. On a Mac...BT works great, but on a PC, it's a crap shoot based on finding the right BT adapter, driver .etc.

good luck

Like I said, I'm looking at the S56, which is different than the SL56.

The screen the SE is so much better then the screen on the Siemens. I have both, a T616 and a SL56, I like the SE better for the more features.
