Treo 600 & VM Passwords

Just got my Treo 600 and think its pretty cool. I can't seem to get it to dial my passwords etc for my company voicemail automatically. When I look at the number under details the passwords are all there, but when I dial the number the passwords do not appear or work automatically. It transfered over during the SIM syc and the outlook sync and all of the sring of numbers are there they just do not send. Anyone have any ideas?
