Nintendo rip off?

I've been absolutely bored all day and out of nowhere, I noticed something while looking at my OEM P800 case. Did anyone notice how much the SE logo on it resembles the Nintendo logo? I looked at my case and was picturing the word Nintendo instead of Sony Ericsson
