Helix producer troubles

oki, i have a newer problem, but 1 just as annoying!...i am currently using the software that transfers the files types to .rm files called 'helix producer', and im trying to change the format of a simpsons episode, so i can watch it on my nokia 6600...i have obtained music to my phone using helix producer, and it has worked fine, but when it comes to videos, it doesnt seem to work...it says on phone-vids.com that i need to have the files in realplayer8 format, but when i try this comes up:
do i need to get the older version?...or is there another way of getting the files to work?...
please help!
