Wrong... sorry. Why don't you head over to palmone.com and check again. its $499 with T-Mobile service, just like its $499 with service from AT&T and Cingular... But it is $439 from the link above.

its still easy to get that price if the promo is still going on...you just need an older treo s/n (easily found on google or ebay) and you can get the 399 price (again only if that promo is still running).

AFAIK the promo is over to get the upgrade discount. Although I could be wrong.

the site says:

After you pass the credit check you will be charged $439 for the Treo 600 as well as $35 for T-Mobile Activation and $10 for shipping.

439+35+10=484

i dont know if they charge for tax
