Slider non-silenced when charging, Verizon?

I know this has been brought up before about how the Slider can not be silenced while charging. Is this also true for the Verizon Slider? Can someone with the Verizon Slider confirm this? Thanks

Just tried it, it's a no go, i set to lights only and when i called my phone it rings, it does give you the option to silence it but only after the phone first rings which defeats the purpose.

Yeah, kind blows when I try to 'sneak charge' off of someone else's AC.

This is something that I hate about this phone. Cause if someone call you while you are sleeping you will hear the ×××× ring. Your other option is to turn off the phone which that I cant do. Even if you turn the ringer tone all the way down it will still ring. I wish we could do something about this problem.

Yeah, same here, i never turn my phone off.

Well in my case i hope Verizon and Kyocera come up with a software upgrade to fix it.

Here is another problem with the slider. If you want to delete selected recent calls from your phone (Recent calls folder) you cant and you have to delete them all. This does suck too. So I hope they fix this problem too and I hope they do it soon.
