True Tones On GX30

Having read the instruction manual for the phone and a few posts on this forum, I am now aware that the only types of ringtone file I can load onto the GX30 are SMAF, MIDI & iMelody.
Out of all these, SMAF seems to be the better for true tones, so I have read.
So my question is does anyone know of or have a Wave/mp3 to SMAF converter as I was thinking of starting up a free to download wap page for true tones.

most true tones pages like that get shut down for copyright stuff. wap.ranova.com is a prime example
