I Need a New Prepaid Carrier....

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

I need a new cellular provider. My current provider, Virgin Mobile, has, for my usage, ludicrous rates. That $0.25 for the first 10 minutes and $0.10 thereafter is only valuable for someone who is an avid talker, unlike myself. So, I turn to you for advice on a new cellular provider for someone who talks very little. I was considering Tracfone, but I don’t want to have to pay $100.00 for a card to keep my airtime for more than 90 days. Although, I am flexible.

Just a few requirements:

Must allow airtime to be active for at least 90 days
Original phone purchase must be under 80.00
Must a have refill card or at least $20.00 or less
Must be able to be purchased at a retail location

Thank you for all you contributions!

that leaves your options to almost zero

I said I could be flexible, so I will remove all but the first requirement.

I was thinking verizon freeup. They have on/off peak minutes. Theyre txt messages are 5 cents both ways. They also have free in-network calling. There minutes are 15 dollars at the lowest. Yes...all prepaid!

you triple posted, but I was thinking free up at first but their weekday minutes are 30 cents, night and weekend 15 cents and in network calling is 15 cents, not free. Plus you have to spend $75 to get the 90 day expiration period

I'm a dealer for a prepaid service named www.locusmobile.com
I currently have phones with 80 minutes of airtime starting at $29.
My rates are .25 a minute all the time. It's about the most lucrative in prepaid. My coverage is on AT&T with free roaming onto other networks at no charge.
If you are interested, please PM or e-mail me at info@backupwireless.net
I apologize for this spamming, and I hope to be able to assist you in your wireless needs.

That list is incomplete. I called Locus once re: Somewhere in AZ and they gave me some other city that wasn't on the list.
I can query Locus tomorrow if the person who posted this thread is interested.
