fixing the board

Ok, I tried installing purple LED's (0805 package), and while soldering many times, I ended up destroying the pad that was there, so now I have nothing to solder to. Is there any way of fixing this (like jumpering a pin from the other side?).. Also, is there a package type that's a direct replacement for the ones on there? Seems like they're the perfect length. Are they 1206 package type perhaps?
