those ringtones were purchased from midiringtones.com and whoever runs that site you posted the link to is just reselling them, he didn't even bother to change the order of them on his listing. what a cheet, you should just upload all of them to the yahoo brief case so we can have them for free.

that list is long how long it took to download all those song?

Posted by: ImmerStark

my internet connection at home runs at 3 megabit all the time, it shouldn't take long to download a mere 500Kb of midi files

I've been having the hardest time finding good-quality pop/rap midi's on the internet. Do you have any web sites you could recommend for me to look on to get some midis for my SCP-5000? Thanks!

The Sanyo phones takes regular midi format. Just do a search on the internet for the song title you like and there will tons of free ones to download. There are a few types of compressed mid the Sanyo phone won't play, but before you download to the phone, you could test play using the MM software.

I got like 10 versions of Star Wars opening theme downloaded just now. :P

Nobody buy from this 7 year old's site. He's a midi-thief and is most likely the culprit who has been deleting or damaging the software files in the public briefcase, and then directing people to his site to pay $5 for the same stuff that was posted for free.

I am glad to see the responses against Andre Stepsky. He has been sent a cease and desist order. He will also be getting sued from MIDIRingTones.

I hope people are aware we pay people to record these songs and make them sound great on cell phones. We are a young company spending a lot of money to bring people what we think is a product easily worth the $1.50 we ask.

Copyright law is just that, law. This user faces a lawsuit that could cost him everything he has. All we ask is that nobody here does something as stupid as purchasing from this user.

Thanks for listening,

what a liar!!! why don't you just open your own briefcase account so YOU can share it? That's because your not the author of the midis and all you want is his'. Your just a ****ing liar.

Wow that web site is amazing! Thanks for the link! I filled up all twenty-something slots on my SCP-5000 with midis in one night. hehe

A little tip: Since the SCP-5000 wants the midis to be 12kb or smaller (with the exception of two slots which can accomodate larger files), I used QuickTime Pro's timeline to crop the midi's down to size so they were 1min long, and about 9kb each on average. Just thought I'd share that tip so you don't need to scour the net for smaller versions of songs you like!

Glad I could help!

As for the cropping thing, you can also use Anvil Studio (it's free!)

for some reason I can't hear anything through my Midi loader, any suggestion? (I'm using Win Xp)

Musicrobot kicks it! Another trick is when you find a quality midi, also find out the person who sequenced it. Find that person's personal midi page and you're golden.

FOR ANVIL STUDIO:

Play the song to where you want it to either start playing or end and go to File-->Truncate-->whatever it is you wish to do!
