VM 8500 WAP problem PLEASE HELP

Well, I just got my phone activated 24hrs ago. Right after i activated it i tried using Virgin Xtras but it didnt work. I later found out that I had to wait 24hrs so i waited. I also tried doing the WAP trick and I still keep getting something that says Server not responding. Its been like this for 27 hrs after i got the phone activated. So I called them up and told them my Virgin Xtras arent working. The said I should be getting a text message within 24-72 hrs telling me that theyve fixed the problem. Its getting me pretty pissed off though that I got to wait. has anybody else had this problem? and does anyone know what to do? thanks

just wait and see what happens, if nothing happens in 72 hours then something may be wrong with your phone. also since you bought the new version of the 8500 im afraid you cant get free WAP because it only works with the old one. but you should be able to get the VX nevertheless.

nah this is the old one. Do you think you can help me set it up. I got my virgin Xtras to work now so can you help me with the free wap. The problem with my virgin Xtras was that I had my Proxy settings on Proxy 1.

Can you please give me step by step directions to set up WAP. Id reall appreciate that.

Well I got the wap trick to work, its pretty cool. But i got a few questions. Some people said that they got blacklisted for using it. Is this information true? Also anyone know any good wap sites?

im sure they might if they catch you but think of it like using kazaa... you shouldnt but who gives a shlt. anyway set your homepage to HTTP://mnetwork.dynu.com/wap best site for links
