Kyocera Slider from VM - Block WAP?

I'm planning on buying my sister a Kyocera Slider from VM because she pays too much on the other phone and it is out of date. I was just wondering if VM has blocked WAP Access yet? I know with the one I have I am able to.

search the forums for ur answer. to know if you can or cant use the wap exploit on the "new" sliders seems to depend on the esn #
