It would appear, after following various forums here for years, that users pay a lot more per minute than they do here in the U.S.
However, I have never seen any actual rate plans posted for any country other than Canada.
From what I gather, most plans charge over 10 cents/min. for outgoing. Incoming calls seem to cost 20 cents or more/min - altho this cost shows up on the number of the phone originating the call.
(Eg. If your office calls your cel, the cost shows up on the landline bill, not on the cel bill.
I would like definitove examples on what it would cost to buy various buckets of minutes and what the cost is to call from a landline as well as another carrier's cel phone to call a cel.
Is there a cost to call a user on the same cel system?
