I bought a belt clip for my slider recently at my mall from one of those carts in the middle, I was suprised he actually had one so I took it. I've used it for a good 2 weeks now without a problem, but recently I was instant messaging with my free wap, and I noticed that it wasn't vibrating when I got an instant message like it used to. I never noticed that it wasn't vibrating when it was in the clip, because I assumed that while it was in the clip I couldn't feel the vibrations. Now it doesn't vibrate at all, even when it isn't in the clip. I tried calling it in silent mode, it doesn't vibrate, it just says that I'm recieving a call. I don't want to send the phone into Virgin Mobile for a new one because I'd almost definitally lose my free wap. Does anyone know what I can possibally do?

check you settings. if i can remember right, you can set what the phone does when its on silent mode. Or maybe did you put a new case on it? u might have damaged the wires. Other than that . . . (shrugs sholders)

@bobbo; yes, if you have the net alert(I think) set for vibe.
leeem; was it a kyocera brand clap, or aftermarket?(just check if the clip part has the kyocera logo)
... make sure the vibrating motor is attached.... and dont' have too much fun with it

It was not kyocera brand and thats why I fear it may have caused some problem somehow, even though it seems unlikely. I've never taken the phone apart before either.
