As we all know there are tonnes of aftermarket mods for theses classic phones so i was wondering if any of you who still have or use it have fit any interesting mods onto it.
Ive recently bought a dope 8890 looking silver faceplate with a cool matrix springload for my 3390; i love it like the day i first bought it years ago. The quality of the paint doesnt seem so great so gotta be careful, but other than that it's a breath of fresh air as to the regular, rather very plain looking oem navy blue faceplate. Ill try to take a pic and i offer anyone else with any cool mods to post up some pics.

I just unlocked my first phone, a Nokia 3390b from T-Mobile today. It was my cousin's old phone, he now uses a Nokia 6340i from Cingular (I have one of those too). So now he's got a backup phone that he can use his Cingular SIM card in. For as much problems getting my 6340i unlocked, this one was a cinch~!

I've got three 3390's and a 3395. One 3390 is modified with blue led's instead of green. It's got a blue see-thru case on it, with a hologram on the screen of dollar signs and a flashing dollar sign battery. Pretty neat.
The other 3390 I play around with customizing the firmware on it, changing menus around, graphics, stuff like that.
The third 3390 is in an unopened box
and I haven't really done anything with the 3395 yet.
