phone stuck in headset mode

I unplugged my headset, but the icon still show on the screen.

I put the headset back in and pulled it out again and it's still in the same mode.

I tried shutting down and turn back on the phone, but still don'twork.

any suggestions?

Got this from another post on the VZ forum, but try turning power off, remove battery, reinstall battery and see if phone resets itself.

Not to be the bearer of bad news - but it has been my experience working in a retail store - that most (not all) but most of the phones that get stuck in the headset mode is due to liquid damage or some moisture that got in the phone - Hope that's not your case. But it does happen

thanks for the help guys.
The phone did get back from the headset mode, after i change to a different headset.

So I guess it's not the moisture thing.

I think it has something to do with the headset I'm using.
