'REGULAR' midi ring tones?

Does anyone know where I can find a huge selection of 'REGULAR' ring tones?
By regular, I mean tones that are not some music compilations. Just bunch of different regular 'ring ring' tones.
How about recording sounds and making midi files? I really miss my regular ring from CDM9000.
