Can someone help me out with convering .wav to .mid?

Can someone please convert this .wav file that I made: http://www.geocities.com/aovsi/wavfile.html to a .mid (MIDI) file?
I keep downloading all these retard programs from download.com, that are not helping me. Either one's .wav files are incompatible with other, or other lacks features...blah blah blah... it's pissing me off! I can't find anything that helps!
I would very extremely greatly appreciate it.

Instead of changing Wav to Midi, which I am not sure you can do it. Try changing Wav to MP3, then just renaming the File.mp3 to File.mid. If your intention is to get it onto your phone as a ringtone then it will work (keep it under 70k).
