Problems with 6000 multimedia master install

Tried installing the Zip file for Sanyo's Multimedia Master (for SCP-6000). The following messages appear.
----uninstall file failed to initialize. you may not be able to uninstall this product.-----
---- _ins576 has caused an error in ZDATAI5.dll
_ins576 will now close.-----
any help would be appreciated.

I think I had a problem something like that. I found out that it wasn't able to read dependent files while still zipped. I extracted all the files and then ran the exe. You may have to do the same if you are running something like zipmagic.

extacted, then ran setup.exe.
