Thanks to NextelCableFree (RIP) atleast I was able to add the car WallPaper that Nextel for some reason did not put on any of the driver series phones ...

that's phat man...i have noticed on the new nascar phones the lack of actual driver wallpaper...never really gave it much thought 'till now...

Actually they have a picture of the drivers face and the drivers number wallpaper. I guess they didn't want to pay the sponsers any cash so couldn't include any corporate logos so couldn't include any car pictures. None of the wallpaper and nothing on the phone advertises any sponsers - just the driver.

he has no profile on. that is if your talking about his phone.

dmhines how did you get that photo of the car? i called nextel 10 times and moto and every body else i could.no one new what i was talking about. nextel does advertise it on their website i told them. PLEASE tell me how you get it. i have the matt kenseth phone. also how did you put the pic of your phone under your name dmhines?

I just download a picture off the net myself and made my own wallpaper .... 130 X 130 ...

i didnt think it was possible to put diffrent wallpapers on the 736. please tell me how to down load the wallpaper from the computer to the phone .i do have the cable.where do i start to down load the photo? and how do you put the photo of the phone under your name on the howardforums ?

I was only able to install it thanks to the short lived NextelCableFree.com. I do not know of any other way to get wallpaper on an i736 since no loaders support it. I guess I got me a really unique i736! If you join Howard Forums for $3 per month you get no advertising and can upload any Avatar you want ... My custom Avatar is under my ID ..

Here is the wallpaper if anyone wants it ...

the wallpaper is on hte last page... and you can find more info on downloading these things in the wallpaper section and the software section

Tried doing this on my i730 and it didn't work.
