Handsfree FM Question

Hey all. Been away for a while on biz. I have a quick question that maybe someone can answer:
Anyone know of the existence of a handsfree device that will plug into the handsfree jack on any cell phone and broadcast to an FM station in your car? It would also have a condenser mic for pickup. Something like the CCM FM Navigator, but generic enough to plug into any fone.

Does anyone have one that works well? If so please tell us which one you have and positive and negitive things about it. I found this website that lists all most all of them.

I have been told by sevral Radio Shack reps the ones they sell do not work very good.
