I just bout a USB cable to be able to transfer images and sounds from my computer to my phone and vice versa. I am wondering if it's possible to use phone as a modem and surf the internet on my laptop from anywhere I have reception.
Does Verizon offer this as a service? If so, how much does it cost?
If Verizon doenst offer it, do anyone know to do it anyways?
(I'm looking for a free one

Yes you can, if your phone is recognized on your Device Manager screen as a modem then all you have to do is create a dial-up networking entry that points to the Curitel device as the modem. Your username is Phonenumber@vzw3g.com, pass: VZW, phone number is #777.

I believe it currently only costs you the airtime from your plan.
