I got Anvil Studio, and I found out how to shorten the file, but can you explain how to make the midi louder, I've been trying to figure it out.

also how do you delete the ringers out of the phone, after you have set them as ringers? I know how to delete from the download data area, but it still is listed as a ringer.

You can shorten a MIDI by opening it, playing it to the point you want cut from, and then going to:

File > Truncate Song

I haven't yet figured out how to increase volume, but I haven't played with it that much.

I am reasonably sure that on my Sanyo 5150, the only way to "delete" a ringer once it has been placed in the ringtones area is to overwrite it with a new one. It may be the same for your Samsung.
