what's a treo 600 with a injured screen worth?

I just recieved a treo 600 in the mail. I purchased it as "excellent" condition. However, it has a big light spot in the center of the screen, seemingly caused by impact. To be honest, i could live with it, but am wondering what it's worth because of that. I haven't paid yet, and am not willing to part with $450 for a 600 with a big knock in the screen. It also rattles like a maracca... but still works...
what do you guys think? thanks for your input.

I wouldn't buy it.
The rattling sound is most likely a loose screw inside (a common which plauged some Treos.)

Dont get it... its not worth it, its a big headache along the way....
lgreenberg...
did palmone/handspring ever get to fix this?

The only fix is to get a replacement.
I do think they solved the problem. I haven't heard many reports of this problem in quite a while.

Being that you can get a Sprint Treo 600 on Amazon right now for $329 after rebates I would much rather get a new one than deal with the constant reminder of a bad purchase. (IMHO)
