Ok, Ive got it working with my phone, FINALY ONLY PROBLEM IS....Drumroll please.... The pictures I upload arent the size of the screen, there real small like if you were using the scp5300. anyone have any ideas? Thanks! Oh and I saw someone say that you cant use the 5300 cable with the 5500 (vm4500) I use mine and it works great!

1) Future dial sux because you can't simply download updates.

You need version 1.22 to work correctlly out-of-box with sanyo 5500.

NO 1.6 is NOT newer then 1.22, because there is NO 1.6, it's 1.16!!

What is the cheapest way (or free way) to get a hold of Snapmedia version 1.22? And I don't want to pay $29.99 at radioshack. Does anybody have it hosted on a website? Send me an email with suggestions or post a URL (if it is ok to do so).

SnapMedia's interface is awful. I'm using version 1.6, and the interface sucks. I hate buying crappy looking software!

But the good part is that it works for ringtones and pictures. You can upload/download them. To delete them off your phone, goto Tools->PCSync.

I just wish it worked with the video. It seems to suck down the video data files into .mp4 extensions. But I haven't been able to play them. I read somewhere that sending them to Video Mail thru sprint outputs a .mov extension on the video that plays with quicktime.
