Hey all just dug up my old Qualcomm 2760 ThinPhone.
It's a Sprint phone.
Anyone have any ideas what to do with it? Is it worth anything? Still compatible with sprint?
If it can be used I was thinking of giving it to a charity. Thoughts?

Hey, my dad still uses that phone! He loves it... he won't trade it for anything else. And yes, it still works with Sprint.
Judging by the prices on eBay, you probably won't get much cash for it. The charity idea is good.

& still kicking a** - 5512 calls, 52658:19 mins/secs since feb 2000(this is going in the Guiness Book of W.R.), but most of those calls are data calls. my primary phone, pager & modem, firmware flashed to hg1020 & prl 10015; i dont detect a difference in performance, but it's good all the same. THIS IS ONE STURDY HANDSET! my goal was to throw as much usage @ it as possible, until it crackd under pressure, exam; 1000anyt 6500n/w 50mins offnetwork roaming w.w. since 2 yrs, & it's still hanging! i hear ppl saying things like "2yrs max per average handset life" well this 2760 just wrongd them. not alot of features to talk about, but it IS a solid performer
(& it's got the most comfortable earpiece to date). yesterday i saw a lady gardening & she was stoopd down talking on one w/ no antenae,& i was like "damn". pay attention, they're still everywhere
