Definately the TJ37.

Pro's:
-nothing synchronizes office documents better then "Documents To Go"
-Uses NetFront 3.1, the best browser out their at the moment
-all IM clients are available for the Palm platform, including VeriChat which combines all clients into 1 and gives you SMS notification
-Sony's 320x320 screen is sharper than the Dell 240x320 screen making it easier on the eyes when reading
-use's the Palm OS giving you access to thousands and thousands of applications

p.s.-btw, you should consider the Sony TH55 also, it can play MP3's for 24 hours, have WiFi enabled for 6 hours... The Dell Axim 3Xi can only pull off about an hour of WiFi... You can pick up the TH55 for cheap at www.ecost.com

tj37, the only backdraw is its lack of multitasking

What do you need multitasking for? It's a PDA. You can listen to MP3's in the background while running other applications and you can even use your instant messenger (VeriChat) while using other applications. The Palm OS is still the fastest and most stable.
