Have you downloaded the phone link update?

http://www.palmone.com/us/support/d.../phonelink.html

And make sure you have these settings:

Connection
1. Choose T610 (if that isn't available, then make a new one) and go under Edit
2. Connect to: Phone
3. Via: Bluetooth
4. Device: T610 (or whatever BT phone you have)
5. Model: Sony-E. T610 (or whatever BT phone you have)
6. Under Details, set the speed (mine works with 57,600 bps)
7. Init String: &FV1E0X1 (that's a zero and not a letter O).
8. Click OK twice and Done.

Network
1. Make a NEW Service and name it something like "Free GPRS"
2. User Name: [just leave blank]
3. Password: [just leave blank as well]
4. Connection: T610
5. Phone: *99***1#
6. Under Details, Connection type: PPP
7. Idle timeout: [whatever setting you want]
8. Query DNS: checked
9. IP Address: Automatic is checked

b) If I specify the DNS settings : "DNS lookup timed out [Comm. 8]

Make sure that in your network preference it is set to Idle = Never. BTW, did you install the new drivers?

I tried all the settings you gave and also installed the updated drivers but now i'm getting PPP timeout error "0x1231" . Also could you tell me what is in the script that you are using .
Thanks in advance..

Try one of these 2 sripts:

Under prefs/network select your Bluetooth to [PC] connection (which you will have made), then go to details/script and create the following script:

SEND CR
DELAY 1
SEND CLIENT
WAITFOR CLIENTSERVER
END

You can also try this one:

Send: CLIENT
Send: CLIENT
Wait for: CLIENTSERVER
END

After this I'm out of ideas, except for one. Try turning off the proxy server in Web Pro 3.01...

Try going through this guide:
