Do you think the vibrate mode is weak?

Hi,
A few people I have talked with felt that the vibrate mode was kinda weak on the slider. Haven't really tried it yet in a noisy environment.

I was just wondering what people out there have to say?

Thsanks...

No problem here. I always have mine in vibrate mode when I have the phone on me.

Strange. I guess that is why there is chocolate and vanilla. Some people also report that the RF is bad on the slider.

So far it has been at least equal to my vx6000 or a530, or better except that of course the signal meter tends to be a bit stingy(read, probably more accurate).

I do think the other units have a bit more audio output in the earpiece, but they don't have a speakerphone, which I really like.

its not weak but its not strong either. Back when I had nextel, the vibrate was almost as loud as the ring

Yea, when I put my phone on vibrate it is so that nobody can hear the ring. Some phones vibrate very loudly when you put them on vibrate mode. There is no point in having a vibrate mode when it does this. I leave mine on vib then ring all the time. If i am sitting in class/meeting I can easily feel it because im not moving around. If I am walking/skating/running I might not feel it but it will ring.

so is listening to adult toys for females a hobby?

Posted by: C-money

no but i ve seen alot of porn if you want to know why i know what a dildo sounds like

Posted by: jaguar_wsc

the part that sucks is that when its charging it still rings... so when i got it on vibrate at night when im sleeping and its charging it will still ring. cant figure out how to change that.

Posted by: pinomex

They eleminated the vibe while charging, so your phone don't vibe and slide off of the counter or where ever it is you lay it down to charge.

Kind of make sence, no?

it is, when my phone is sitting on my desk and i get a text message it moves a centimeter or so whenever it vibes

i can always feel it vibe unless i put it in a lower pocket, and im in a sitting position where the pants(or shorts) arnt touching my leg, kinda complicated but it happens when driving sometimes

A cm, eh? Just be sure not to place your phone within a centimeter of the edge of your desk. @braindead: the last time i checked it did.

Posted by: dviper

i just called it while it was sitting on my desk and it moved a good 1.5-2in from the vibing
