Please help ! INNO 90!

Not sure what happened with my INNO90
Last 2 days..the phone froze suddenly, then it kinda "reboot" itself.
Today when I turn on the phone, all my composed ringtones / pictures and the Mflash disappeared!!!
Can anyone tell where I can recover my Mflash?

Would a master reset help get back preloaded ringtones and Mflash files?

I don't think so, the master reset doesn't restore or delete files if I'm correct. I think he's out of luck with getting them back

that did happen to me too.. but the good thing is .. I didn't lose all my pics/melodies.. i think the best way is to take it back to the vendor.. I think u've got a defective Inno90

Hmmm, I always thought master reset brought back default settings including ringtone files and stuff. Oh well, I'm probably wrong.

You can goto some Chinese sites like Sina.com or something and download more mflash files if you want some back.
