Just wondering if there is any way to choose a name or phone number from the phonebook and assign it to the speed dial list? Or do I have to input the number and name directly to the speed dial list?

Also, for setting up the e-mail on the phone, does anyone know what connection profile to set?

First, no you can't set speed dial by choosing entry from phonebook. You have to manually retype it in. And setting connection profile depends on your service provider

So I just have to input the speed dial manually then

For e-mail setup, if I am using Rogers AT & T in Canada, which connection profile should I use? The default is AIS Internet, but the other choices are DTAC WAP, DTAC MMS, AIS WAP, AIS MMS. And I am not sure where to input POP3. I don't exactly know what this mean, but most phones need to set this up for the e-mail setting.

You have to sign up for Pop3 online. Dont' worry this is free. I forget where you sign up though. Hmmm where are you getting the menu that gives those choices of AIS, AIS WAP, etc.? I dont think i even have those choices on my phone =/
