NEC e616 mobile phone

I've just got an NEC e616 phone which can play mp4 but i need to know how to convert mpeg/avi to mp4 to fit the screen with settings that the phone can handle..
I've got mpegable but only the settings that work for the sony/erricson p900 which is not compatible with mine.
anyone know how to change the settings so that i can encode films to my format to fit a 128mb sony memory stick duo?
