Stripped screws on a T226

I change the housing on cellphones all the time but this one is proving to be a little pain in the ×××. it's the two silver screws in the center that are stripped, and i'm really having trouble getting them off. i still have yet to try a t7, but i'm also wondering about other suggestions. (looking more towards unique and pro suggestions, because again, i do this daily and know most of the usual little tricks.) also, does anyone know where i can get replacement screws for this phone, or will they take standard t6 screws, say, out of a motorola v120 or nokia 3390?

Have you taken out Mr. SOLDERING IRON?
Try putting a t6, or something strong that will fit in there pretty well and just solder around it. Use strong solder though. If not just tack weld it to a piece of scrap metal laying around the house.
