Need Help - Sanyo 5150 Ringers

I went to http://www.midiringtones.com/ and purchased some ringer tones, but don't know how to get them on my phone. Can someone please tell me how to do it. I followed the steps and all it does is play the tone, I can't get it to sync to my phone.
