SMS and the Kyocera 2255

Has anyone received an SMS (not e-mail) message on their 2255? When looking at the phone, both Bell and Kyocera stated that the phone supported 2-way SMS messaging. However, all the SMS messages that were sent to me have not arrived.

I was just wondering if anyone had received SMS successfully.

text message yourself from the phone, remember to do it 10 digit. if you get the message you sent then it's not a problem on your end

A quick question though.

Bell allows for a pay per use method of text messaging ($0.10/msg) - does this work with SMS as well, or just the e-mail-type? Do I have to be signed up for a specific package?

Thanks!

incoming SMS, incoming email-SMS, and outgoing SMS are billed the same.

Well,

It seems that when my new phone was sent to me, they did not bother to activate all the features I used to have. I guess I can't complain too much, it took me a couple of weeks to realize that it was not working.

All is good now!
