anyone know how to flash a treo 600 to chinese?

hey guys havent posted in a while but just got this new PDA phone from a drawing and know NOTHING about palm phones... i want to start off by flashing (or just simply reintall) the software it has inside into traditional chinese? is that possible... i'm reading the menu so far and nothing can be found... any input would be nice thanks

i dont' think you can reflash, but you can install CJKOS or another one of the Palm chinese programs, dragon something.
