maxon epsilon problem

hi
i have one maxon epsilon sg1000 with the mute symbol in the screen and when i receive a call, i can't listen the ring, if i go to menu, i change this and phone tells me that is stored, but when i return to the principal screen, is still the problem.
can anybody helps me?
