I have heard conflicting info on whether this phone accepts MP3s. I don't have my user manual here at work so I can't look it up...does anyone know off the top of their head?

Nope, but..

Convert MP3 -> Wav using Winamp
Convert Wav -> QCP using a Qualcom program
Send QCP to phone.. almost MP3, still have voice capability.

there is a program on the net that can be downloaded that does an auto change from mp3 to qcp. Go to myphonefiles.com

YOu can get a free one. I think it's called qcpconvert or something. It's a simple dos proggie, but it works very well.
