Having major trouble here. I really want a PDA to connect to my bluetooth phone, check mail, web browse, maybe stream some audio or video channels. Of course I'd also like to watch video files and read pdf docs. Editing Word docs would also be hot. Basically I can get either of these for the same price. My beef with both is the lack of upgradability to the next OS's coming soon.

Other problems:
Clie - no RealPlayer video
- no portrait mode for handwriting input
- No multitasking

Ipaq - Hate MSoft
- lower res screen
- no native landscape mode
- Looks like PPC has more available freeware

For both I'll need Missing Sync as I'm running OS X.

I think both can handle the basics well. Can both play video well? I'm really digging the idea of transcoding shows off of my ReplayTV and watching them on the subway.

Some decision help would be great here from people who have experience with these units.
