I have the kyocera 3250 and the manual tells me when I have a headset pluged in it would say: You have an incomming call, answer?

It dosent ALWAYS work.

I dont know if it is the phone or what but can you help me find the answer please?

I think you need to get the voice training setup for that too work. Go through the voice training...it only takes a couple minutes. Then try it out.
