I know someting similar has been asked before, but I didn't get the answer I was looking for. Where and how in the debug menu would I be able to force my Verizon Wireless Slider phone to use a PCS 1900 MHz frequency here in the Southern California area? This is just for amusement. I know there is no practicality to this, I'm just curious. I've been told that others have done it and it has acutally worked, but I have yet to find out how. Thanks in advance.

There's probably a "Force PCS" option somewhere in your menus if you look carefully. I don't have a Slider, so I can't tell.
Settings>Network maybe? It probably wouldn't be on VM slider, but probably on VZ.
You could also set your Home SID to the network you want to camp on , if you are willing to play with programming a little bit.
